Hexachord (original)
A 12-stringed, 6-chambered rotary musical instrument, played by a spinning plectrum arm on a motor from a video cassette rewinder. Each chamber is on a hinge and can be moved into and out of the way of the plucker’s path with scotch yoke mechanisms.

A 12-stringed, single-chambered musical instrument, controlled by Arduino and played by 6 servos.
Dodecahedrum
Inspired by a punny name, this percussion instrument has a 2′ tall dodecahedron frame with various percussion elements mounted to different sides. There are several completed sides with working elements; further construction of this instrument is on hiatus at present.
